On 8–9 October 2025, the ADMIRAL Project Consortium met in Stuttgart (Germany) for its 7th in-person Partner Meeting, kindly hosted by Steinbeis Europa Zentrum. The two-day event was an opportunity for partners to reconnect, exchange knowledge, and assess the latest developments across project activities, reaffirming ADMIRAL’s shared mission to accelerate the transition toward greener, smarter, and more efficient logistics systems.
The first day opened with a warm welcome to the new Project Officer, Dr. Katerina Deliali, followed by interactive workshops designed to stimulate creative thinking and explore new directions for the project’s next phase. Partners also had the chance to hear an insightful presentation from the TRACE Horizon Project, fostering cross-project learning and collaboration.
The second day focused on ADMIRAL’s pilot activities, with partners engaging in productive discussions to refine strategies and strengthen implementation. In the afternoon, participants enjoyed a guided visit to the Neckarhafen in Stuttgart, gaining a deeper understanding of the port’s role in the regional logistics ecosystem. The meeting concluded with moments of conviviality and cultural exchange, celebrating the strong partnership that drives ADMIRAL forward — from collaborative sessions to traditional Swabian and Oktoberfest gatherings, the spirit of teamwork was ever-present.
The Stuttgart meeting marked another important milestone for the ADMIRAL project, reaffirming the consortium’s commitment to shaping the future of sustainable logistics in Europe.
