The President of CTLup, Prof. Luca Persia, has been included in the list of Confirmed Speakers who will join the World Police Summit 2024, scheduled in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) from 5 to 7 March 2024 at Dubai World Trade Centre.

During this three-day meeting in the charming and warm-hearted capital of the eponymous Emirate, our President will give a Leadership Keynote speech, focusing on “Policies, Strategies and Actions to Bring a Systemic Change in Urban Mobility“, with the aim of explaining how government and private institutes could speed up the transition to green, smart, and affordable mobility for a better tomorrow.
